You know it's important to network. But who should you network with, and how do you get started?
Whether your they work in your field of interest or not, your mentor is a great person to start with, since they already know you and most likely have an extensive professional network. Two other great places to turn are your campus career center, which may be able to introduce you to alumni in your field, and professional organizations in your areas of interest, such as the National Society of Black Engineers.
