In the 12th Grade, you and your mentee will continue to build and develop a strong and trusting relationship through self-exploration and honest sharing of values, interests and cultural backgrounds. You will support your mentee as they work through key post-secondary tasks like applications, essays, scholarship research and financial aid exploration. You will also discuss what life will look like after high school and share your own experience as context for your mentee to envision their own future. In the spring, you will support your mentee in making a decision about the path they want to take after high school graduation and help ensure they successfully enroll in a post-secondary program. We hope that you and your mentee will also choose to continue your relationship after high school and participate in the post-secondary years of iMentor programming!
