Legal Resources in Baltimore

Casa de Maryland provides free legal services to students who might be DACA eligible or need other information in regards to the legal aspect of post-secondary programs and undocumented status. 

Immigration Legal Services at the Esperanza Center, Catholic Charities was founded in 1994 to provide low-cost legal counseling and representation in humanitarian and family-based immigration matters.

International Rescue Committee (the IRC) provides opportunities for refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, survivors of torture and other immigrants to thrive in Baltimore and around Maryland.

The World Relief Baltimore Immigration Legal Clinic advises and represents immigrants and their family members in immigration matters.

The Tahirih Justice Center protects immigrant women and girls who live in the United States and have a legitimate claim to legal status under U.S. immigration law as survivors of gender-based violence.
