Pair Rater

The pair rater tool provides your PM with an understanding of the progress of your relationship so they may provide support to you when needed. 

It appears once per month on your Platform account, displaying a scale from 1-10 (1 signifying the lowest rating and 10 signifying the highest rating).  It will appear as a pop-up, meaning that you will have to interact with it before continuing to use the Platform. 

When the rater appears on your screen, please take a moment to reflect honestly on how you are feeling about your relationship with your mentee.
