After high school, you and your mentee will continue to fortify your relationship while collaborating on key tasks to ensure your mentee persists on their chosen post-secondary pathway. You will support your mentee as they identify people and resources in their post-secondary community whom they can reach out to for support. Additionally, you will work with your mentee to set both short and long-term goals.
