You and your mentee will explore the social and emotional aspects of transitioning into life after high school and hopefully build excitement about what is to come.  In addition, celebration is an important part of this phase of your pair relationship:  Celebrate the fact that your mentee is completing the milestone of high school graduation; Be sure to reflect on all that you have accomplished together and celebrate the goals you accomplished as a pair; Celebrate the transition of your relationship into a new context that extends beyond your mentee's high school years!  We hope that the activities and discussion topics during this phase foster that celebration and inspire you to make plans for continuing your relationship during the post-secondary years of iMentor programming.
